Went to Springfield Missouri to file Church of Jesus Christ Christian/Aryan Nations of Missouri, et. al., v. Barack Hussein Obama, et.al. Found a nice Dilbert whigger clerk, paid over $200 cash and $150 check. Case # 08-3405-CV-S. Didn't draw BushyII's ignorant football player Richard Dorr who screwed me over in my lawsuit vs RuntBlunt but rather I drew a jew named Sachs. No magistrate judge because I'm challenging the CONstitutionality of a state statute. They would look at it first hand right off because it is an election case.

Went by the Springfield jews-leader jewspaper and they didn't have much interest nor the talmudvision station either. I'll probably have Roxie drive me over to the Newton County korthouse after 7:00 p.m. and show the ZOGlings my new lawsuit.

Yesterday I filed in federal district kort a federal civil rights and election lawsuit -- The Church of Jesus Christ Christian/Aryan Nations of Missouri, et. al., vs. Barack Hussein Obama, et.al., Case #08-3405-CV-S. A number of telling points were made, but the gravimen is that since Traitor Glenn Miller's false-flag attempt in 2006 to file for kongresskritter was denied by the Dems, Repubs, and LibberToons, that if overtly White Nationalist political candidates are not allowed to run because they are overtly White, then negros and other muds and jews should not be allowed to run for President, or any other political office either.

So ONegro is the lead Defendant, but I also sued Jewn 'McNastywhigger' McCain, the State of Missouri and defendants, the Missouri Dem, Repub, and LibberToon parties, Sgt. Snitch Miller, the Newton County Republicans and officeholders who would not allow me to run for sheriff while jailed and locked up in the Fulton Nuthouse, and most importantly, to decide the CONstitutionality of Revised Statute of Missouri (RSMo) 115.355, which doesn't allow dissidents jailed to run for office, aany more than they can in such open criminal regimes in Russia, China, or the Congoid dictatorships of Nig(g)eria or Zimbabwe. But they are more honest about it.

Soon after filing, I told a jewspaper reporter here at the Springfield jews-leader and showed him the filing. And it simply states why certain Whites like myself will NEVER obey a negro president, among other things.

Now did the jews-leader report this 'Dred Scott' type case? Nooooo. It seems that during my 3 1/2 years of imprisonment without trial that the whiggers have become more whiggrish, and the jewsmedia become even more iddiotic presstitutes.

After more than three and a half years behind bars, perennial candidate Martin Lindstedt has been freed.

The felony charge of statutory sodomy remains against Lindstedt, but Newton County Circuit Court records indicate Judge John LePage reconsidered earlier decisions by county judges and granted bond on Oct. 22. The percentage bond was posted the following day.

After spending more than three and a half years in custody, it appears perennial candidate (and perennial loser) Martin Lindstedt is back to his old tricks again.

Lindstedt has responded to the item I posted last week about his release from jail.

Well, I do respect courage and a sense of jewmor (humor from a cheeky jew or whigger), even if it is of the cornered rat variety. But like Thomas Paine and William Sharespeare said, even Great Neptune's Ocean will not wash blood from some guilty hands. Things have gone too far to simply let bygones be bygones, especially when the dead hand of the past isn't so very dead. All any men respect is strength, and I think that the initiative has passed to the White Man as to how we will handle ZOG's new First Nigger and its pack of jews and whiggers which have brought ZOG to this current state of fear and impending anarchy.

I've also challenged the constitutionality of RSMo 115.355, which doesn't allow people imprisoned awaiting trial to file for public office in abstentia.

So I do not expect justice from regime criminals or their korts. Rather by suing I intend to demonstrate that there is no peaceful means for White People to survive other than by raw, red bloody Revolution. I posted above to the St Louis pest-Dispatch blog the above. I'll see how long it lasts, as most presstitutes have no intention of allowing free speech if they can help it. I was relatively polite -- for me -- and I did leave the information that I thought would compel the interested to actually look and see what was going on.

There is a lot of backlash given that Obango 'won' on the part of Whites. The whigger element is knuckling under. But many Whites have already figured out that Obango might not even be a jewAssOyVey shitizen and that its whigger grandma was killed before she could spill the beans. Yet another Internet shithouse rumor that McNasty wishes could have made traction for him to disavow. I get to thinking McNasty was picked to lose to ONigger.

Federal court records indicate President Barack Obama was served Friday with a lawsuit filed by white supremacist Martin Lindstedt of Granby...a lawsuit in which Lindstedt indicates he would not mind seeing the president assassinated.

Lindstedt's complaint is apparently closed to the public since the message "You do not have permission to view this document" is shown when the link on the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri website is clicked.

However, Lindstedt posted the text of the lawsuit, most of which is incomprehensible ramblings, on a website. In the complaint, Lindstedt, serving as his own lawyer, writes, "The main reason that Plaintiffs are filing this lawsuit is simply that it goes against Plaintiffs religious beliefs to allow any non-white, especially a n-----, to be in any position of authority over any White man, no matter how degraded." (Note: Lindstedt's lawsuit uses the actual n word. I don't intend to do the same.)

Lindstedt refers to himself in the lawsuit as pastor of The Church of Jesus Christ Christian/Aryan Nations of Missouri. Other defendants in the action include Sen. John McCain, the State of Missouri, Gov. Matt Blunt (the suit was filed in November), Missouri Department of Mental Health/Fulton State Hospital, Attorney General Jay Nixon, Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri Democratic Party, Missouri Republican Party, Missouri Libertarian Party, "Traitor" Glenn Miller, Newton County Republican Party, Newton County Sheriff Ken Copeland, Judge John LePage, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Jakob Skouby, and Newton County Clerk Kay Baum.

The lawsuit includes this sentence:

"We could, like other White Nationalist organizations, simply hope and pray for an assassin and enjoy the inevitable race riots which we seek."

Sadly, the cost of serving President Obama, John McCain (who was also served Friday, according to court records), and the other defendants, as well as the bill for this waste of time, is being borne by taxpayers.

Lindstedt has previously filed frivolous lawsuits against everyone from Missouri Southern State University, the city of Granby, Matt Blunt, well, you name it, he's sued it. He has also been an unsuccessful candidate for every political position from East Newton R-6 Board of Education to governor.

Lindstedt, by the way, is still awaiting trial on a charge of statutory sodomy. He allegedly molested a six-year-old boy. He is free on bond.

To Above Public Officials:

My Church and myself are presently suing ex-Senator Barack Hussein Obama and Senator John McCain in The Church of Jesus Christ Christian/Aryan Nations of Missouri, et.al. v. Senator Barack Hussein Obama, et.al. Case # 08-3405-CV-S filed Nov. 4, 2008. This lawsuit regards the Missouri regime imprisoning myself illegally and not allowing me to come to trial and not allowing me to run for office as an open White Nationalist for governor and sheriff. The gravamen of my case is that if an open White man isn’t allowed to run for governor then a nigger should not be allowed to run for President. I, not being a whigger, am not at all ‘cowardly’ to engage in racial debate, contrary to what the new nigger Attorney General claimed. I am also suing that I should have been allowed to run for public office and to file in abstentia while jailed.

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 4(i) says to . . . (i) deliver a copy of the summons and of the complaint to the United States attorney for the district where the action is brought or to (ii) send a copy of each by registered or certified mail to the civil-process clerk at the United States attorney’s office; B) send a copy of each by registered or certified mail to the Attorney General of the United States at Washington, D.C.; and to send a copy of above to the officials being sued. I am going to send both ex-Senator Barack Hussein Obama and Senator John McCain their copy of the complaint, the summons for each and a request for waiver of service.

Neither of above is being sued for actions involving their official duties as officers of the US regime, rather as political candidates of political parties which violated the law regarding open, free, fair elections, but out of an abundance of caution I am going through the expensive motions dictated by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
