Especially since I have a different attitude than most so-called law-enforcement officers. I have no intention of enforcing corrupt pretend legislation made up by the special interests against the people. I have no love for the government and enjoy kicking its ass whenever possible. Getting elected as sheriff will open up a lot of possibilities.
While I did wage a struggle to appear on the ballot against the election authorities, most recently by filing a federal lawsuit, it will more than likely not come in time to do me any good. That is why I ask for Newton County voters to write-in my name by filling in the oval and writing in my name on the blank line.
On November 2, 1993, I was arrested by Joplin Police arising out questions I asked about Waco of a retired FBI thug lecturing about serial killers on the Missouri Southern State College Campus at the behest of campus security. Right now I am suing both MSSC and the City of Joplin for civil rights violations in federal court.
On August 9, 1994, I was assaulted by some Granby City Councilmen. They were all annoyed because I criticized the ill-paid squadron of blue-coated criminals sent to write up tickets for the traffic-ticket mill. The next day, then County Prosecutor Scott Watson pressed false charges against me for disturbing the peace. When I wrote up a motion for dismissal which showed the charges were bogus, Associate Judge Greg Stremel acting in collusion with the prosecutor, dismissed the assault charges against the City Councilman.
One of the councilmen is Sheriff Doerge’s chief reserve deputy. I have complained about several deputies’ behavior to Sheriff Doerge. Sheriff Doerge always protects corrupt deputies provided that their conduct doesn’t directly affect or lead to him.
Right now there is another Title 42 Section 1983 federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Granby.
Arising from this corrupt traffic ticket, I have been kidnapped for 12 hours under color of law for “safekeeping” on June 30, 1996 by the orders of a corrupt judge named Schoeberl and for 30 days April 2-May 1, 1996 for contempt of court by the same judge because I refused to borrow money to pay the fine for that bogus ticket prosecuted under color of an illegal city ordinance.
Recently I fought a traffic ticket written up by a corrupt Joplin policeman who lied and extorted without success to get me to hand him my drivers’ license or identification even though I was not driving on the basis of a seat-belt violation. There will be action taken on that matter as well.
So yes, I have a lot of experience with ‘law enforcement.’ I intend to purge the criminals from law enforcement and make sure that they obey the law first.
I will treat false arrests as kidnapping if they are performed by sheriff’s deputies. If I hear that a public servant was an uncivil master to an ordinary citizen, I will convene an investigation of any such incidents and dismiss the deputy if it is warranted.
While I will treat offenses against the lives, liberties, and property of citizens very seriously and make investigation of such crimes a priority of the Sheriff’s Department, I will treat victimless crimes as the common-law compels. No victim making a complaint, no crime. I do not intend to fill the jail with political prisoners other than the current criminals parasiting the body politic.
I thought more highly of Prosecutor Greg Bridges until it came time to do his job and he refused to do his duty. He refused to do it in numerous cases, and he lied shamelessly and misquoted election law to deny me my place on the ballot. He has a shameful history of doing so. As a prosecutor, he has improperly used the law to send innocent people to jail and to cover up for official misconduct.
Knowing what I know about the judges’ and prosecutor’s prior criminal behavior and despising them for it, I will make sure no innocent grist is taken to their justice mill.
