An [Un]published Letter to the Editor of the Springfield News-Leader

Para So ZOG’s (Zionist Occupied Government) Feral Bureau of Imperialism wants a ‘hate-crimes’ fedrule kort trial of five young White men accused of the stabbing of a negro (for purpose of publication, I shall not use my customary n-word when describing melanin-enhanced jungle kritters infesting ZOG) who confronted them because it didn’t like the way these young White men looked at a wannabe Nicole Simpson with her OJ. This is a political trial, pure and simple, for the benefit of anti-White haters. Even the Fibbies admit that the ratio of interracial crime is almost 50 times lopsided in favor of blacks. But only Whites are ever tried, then convicted for ‘hate-crimes.’

Para Us ZOGlings are in the middle of a race war disguised as an affirmative-action crime wave. Us ZOGlings are also engaged in a foreign war, the Deserter-in-Thief’s war, partly on behalf of Bushy’s crony capitalists, but mainly on behalf of Greater Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates. More blood for jews. That’s why we had 9/11 as another Pearl Harbor. We fought japs for jews then. Now ZOG’s got goyim banging some sand-negros and dune-[rac]coons half-a-world away. Let’s have a Crusade against 1.2 million Muslims. ‘Our’ mighty Evil Empire can handle it. A pity we couldn’t invade Mexico. I’d like to get a bounty on invading immigrunt beaners. That’s REAL Homeland Security.

Para Let’s have a good, old-fashioned race war with none of the hypocrisy. Let the sides be known. Let’s have the Fibbies, piglice, non-whites, jews, and sundry whiggers (‘white’ uh, knee-grows) on one side and young White men like the accused on the other. Then let’s have at it. The results will be satisfying to both sides because one side won’t be around to bitch no more. Either another Haiti or Zimbabwe or the acme of White Civilization, Arkansas, circa 1910, sans negros. The Chinese can have the entire world after Whitey’s gone.

Attack to be tried as federal hate crime

Five men are charged in the '01 knife assault on two black men.

Five men — three of whom allegedly belong to white supremacist groups — have been indicted in what authorities are calling Springfield's first federal civil rights prosecution of a hate crime.

The men face state and federal charges for a June 2001 assault on two black men at a Denny's restaurant, 2823 N. Glenstone Ave. The attack left one man with serious stab wounds.

U.S. Attorney Todd Graves and Greene County Prosecutor Darrell Moore jointly announced the charges Wednesday.

"This type of crime will not be tolerated in this community," said Moore. "We know that southwest Missouri has a reputation of, not harboring, but we have our share of white supremacists who locate here for a variety of reasons, including the fact that there's plenty of places to hide out in the hills and the hollers.

"But they need to understand that they are not welcome here, and their attitude is not welcome here," he added.

"And if they commit criminal acts, they will be vigorously prosecuted and held accountable."

Steven A. Heldenbrand, 26, a Missouri prison inmate; Kenneth Francis Johnsen, 27, of Hollister; Mark Thomas Kooms, 27, and Michael Shane McCormick, 29, both of Springfield; and Michael Angelo Osorio, 23, of California were charged in the indictments.

The federal case alleged that the suspects violated the civil rights of Maurice Wilson and Kenny Wright by denying them "the full and equal enjoyment of the goods" of Denny's, a place of public accommodation. The three-count federal indictment was returned Jan. 26 and unsealed this week.

In separate Greene County cases, Kooms faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree assault, armed criminal action and third-degree assault. The other four men are charged with third-degree assault.

Officials alleged that Kooms and McCormick were members of the Midland Hammerskins, which they described as a white supremacist group advocating racist views. They also identified Heldenbrand as a Ku Klux Klan member.

Johnsen and Osorio associated with Midland Hammerskins members, officials said.

"Racially motivated attacks leave scars deeper than physical wounds, and injures the entire community," Graves said. "By working together at the state and federal levels, justice is better served."

The prosecutors said they would seek prison time for the suspects on both the state and federal levels. If convicted, Moore said it would be the first time someone served prison time for a racially motivated crime in Greene County.

The five men could face up to 10 years in prison on each of three counts if convicted in federal court, where they will make their first appearance. Graves and Moore indicated the hate crime designation on both state and federal charges would have an impact on sentence lengths.

Moore recommended bond amounts ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 for the defendants; however, he said the requests may become moot if bond is denied in federal court.

"We will either move for no bond or bond sufficiently high enough to keep them in custody," Graves said.

Each of the defendants are already in state or federal custody. Federal agents arrested Kooms in Little Rock, Ark., and Osorio in Riverside, Calif., and they will be transported to Missouri, officials said. McCormick is in federal custody in Springfield.

Johnsen is in state custody after his Monday arrest near Kansas City on unrelated charges, officials said. Heldenbrand is serving a state prison sentence on a tampering conviction, Moore said.

The charges encouraged local NAACP members, who feared the case had been "lost in the shuffle," said the Rev. Larry Maddox, Springfield branch president.

"My hope is that by this one being prosecuted — we hope to the full extent of the law — it will say to all of those others who probably have things in the making not to do it," Maddox said.

Authorities said Wilson and Wright were with two white women when they were attacked at a Denny's restaurant sometime after 1:30 a.m. June 17, 2001.

According to a Springfield police report, six white men were staring at the couples after they arrived for an early morning breakfast. After the women went to the restroom, Wilson and one man in the group exchanged words, the report said.

The group of men reportedly left the restaurant for a moment. When they returned, Wilson walked over and confronted them, the report said.

Wilson was stabbed and seriously injured, and Wright was threatened with a knife, but not injured, officials said.

Springfield attorney John Kizer, who represents Osorio, said his client had offered to surrender and denied the accusations against him.

"We are disappointed that he was charged because we don't feel it was a case that merited the attention that it received," he said.

The Springfield attorney said he questioned prosecutors' claims regarding who started the fight, why it was fought and what occurred during the incident. Kizer also contended that Osorio was not associated with Midland Hammerskins members.

Efforts to contact attorneys for other defendants were unsuccessful.

Springfield police, who responded to the Denny's incident, initially planned to handle the matter as a state case, Chief Lynn Rowe said.

But once race issues emerged, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents also worked on the case, he said.

"Darrell Moore certainly didn't back away from any of this, but in this case, it made more sense to get the feds involved," Rowe said.

Springfield police had personnel working on the case during the more than two-year investigation.

"Although it took awhile, we are very pleased that the prosecutors worked together to seek the maximum sentences for the suspects," the chief said.

While pleased with the charges, Maddox hoped they will lead to convictions.

"I say thanks be to God that they got them," he said, "and hopefully we'll be able to follow it to the end, and justice will be served on it."
